Resumen
En el estudio y análisis del territorio se considera importante una visión sistémica-holística que aborde aquellas dimensiones sociales, económicas, culturales, político-institucionales y naturales, que resultan de la comprensión de lo territorial desde distintas escalas, jerarquizadas y en interacción. Si bien las investigaciones sobre el territorio incluyen un número cada vez mayor de temas, siguen existiendo aún vacíos importantes por la ausencia de un enfoque integral. En el afán de acercarnos a la consideración de las diferentes dimensiones que conforman el sistema territorial, se propone rescatar ciertas posturas teóricas, epistemológicas y técnicas en materia de ordenamiento territorial (considerando una relación con las categorías de inteligencia territorial y perfil territorial) y su articulación con las comunas (localidades menores a 2000 habitantes) de la provincia de Córdoba, Argentina. Se procura facilitar la interacción entre conocimiento científico, consenso social y poder político como nudo crucial para estimular los procesos de crecimiento y desarrollo en los territorios. Se considera que el aporte aquí desarrollado representa un material valioso posible de ser abordado para la formulación de lineamientos de ordenamiento territorial de las comunas a partir de la identificación de perfiles territoriales a escala regional en la provincia de Córdoba, Argentina.

Abstract
The study and analysis of the territory, considered a systemic-holistic vision as important that addresses those social, economic, cultural, political-institutional and natural dimensions that result from the comprehension of the territorial from different scales, hierarchical and in interaction. Although research on the territory includes a growing number of topics, there are still major gaps due to the absence of a comprehensive approach. In the eagerness to approach the consideration of the different dimensions that make up the territorial system, it is proposed to rescue certain theoretical, epistemological and technical positions in matters of territorial planning (considering a relationship with the categories of intelligence and territorial profile) and its articulation with the comunas (localities smaller than 2000 inhabitants) of the province of Córdoba, Argentina. It seeks to facilitate the interaction bet- ween scientific knowledge, social consensus and political power as a crucial node to stimulate the processes of growth and development in the territories. It is considered that the contribution developed here represents a valuable material that can be approached for the formulation of territorial planning guidelines for communes based on the identification of territorial profiles at a regional scale in the province of Córdoba, Argentina.
